FIRST UP: TREISHE MENOPAUSE

More than a workout. A little more support.

TreiShe is being built to support women through changing stages of life. We’re starting with menopause: practical tools to help you make space for strength, everyday nourishment and a little time for yourself.

Our starting point is Menopause. Future pathways will explore other areas of women’s health, including fertility and pelvic health.

LEARN

Useful information, without the noise.

Brief ideas to support your training, nourishment and wellbeing.

Why strength matters after 40

Muscle, bone and capacity for everyday life.

Read tip +

Strength training can support muscle, physical capacity and bone health. Starting does not mean training at your limit: technique, progression and matching the load to your starting point matter.

Protein and muscle mass

A practical look at everyday meals.

Read tip +

Distributing protein sources across meals can make adequate, varied eating easier. The right amount depends on the person, activity and health; the app provides recipes, not clinical prescriptions.

Menopause: a stage, not an identity

How to adapt habits without being reduced to symptoms.

Read tip +

Symptoms and needs differ between women and can change over time. A useful approach combines reliable information, adaptable movement and clinical care when appropriate, while respecting personal preferences.

General educational content. It does not replace individual medical assessment.
