Purpose
TreiShe provides general exercise, nutrition and wellbeing information. It is not medical diagnosis, treatment, emergency support or a substitute for individual professional advice.
Safety
You are responsible for deciding whether an activity is appropriate for you. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness, chest discomfort or other concerning symptoms and seek appropriate care. Where the app recommends medical clearance, do not proceed until you have it.
Your account
Provide accurate information, protect your credentials and use only your own account. You may delete your account from the app at any time. We may restrict access where necessary to protect members, the service or legal obligations.
Content and availability
Programs and content may change as TreiShe develops. Features may be corrected, replaced or discontinued. Exercise demonstrations are educational and cannot account for every individual condition or environment.
Your submissions
If you submit a community recipe or other content, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it does not infringe another person’s rights. Community submissions are not individually verified medical or nutrition advice and may be removed for safety, legal or moderation reasons.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, upload harmful or unlawful material, impersonate another person, or interfere with other members’ privacy.
Intellectual property
TreiShe’s branding, app design and original content remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law. These terms give you a personal, limited and non-transferable right to use the service.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, TreiShe is not responsible for indirect loss or for outcomes caused by ignoring safety guidance, inaccurate account information or using the service outside its intended purpose.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by Irish law, without removing mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Questions can be sent through the support page.
